International niche premium chocolate Brand ‘Max Brenner’ co-founder, Max, approached us with a brief to create a new ‘designer-label’ brand of chocolate for distribution to specialist outlets in the United Kingdom. The name, based on Max’s name and the designs, based on a contemporary geometric theme, won immediate success, leading to product placement in Selfridges and various top-end specialist premium foods retailers. Keeping the brand playful and accessible, the bars featured cartoon illustrations, staying with a minimalist theme for a distinctive look that matched the incredibly distinctive tastes of the chocolates. The photo-shoots were always a pleasure, given the amount of product that had to be eaten afterwards!
